professional technical communicator, I provide
creativity, outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills,
and excellent organization skills. I have more than 20 years of
experience working with SMEs, project managers, clients, developers, and
technical content to produce wiki pages, online help, quick
reference guides, release notes, content build guides, operation and installation
guides, and instructional materials for novice and seasoned users.
My audiences have included physicians,
nurses, and other clinicians in large hospitals; wireless
telecommunications network operators and service providers;
television broadcast engineers and traffic managers; sales teams;
desktop publishers; construction estimators; technical support
representatives; and surveyors and engineers.
As a
freelance writer and editor, I write general-interest
articles, trade articles, brochures, advertising copy, newsletter
articles, and news releases. I create websites and develop marketing
plans.
